Really not one for negative reviews, but hoping Apotheco will see this and fix whatever decision they made on customer service, because what used to be a great experience at their pharmacy is now pretty rotten. It seems they have outsourced to a call center and every call I have is downright hostile.

Working with you used to be wonderful - please fix this!

Horrible customer service. The lady who answered the phone had horrible attitude. I could say what i really think but I’d rather keep it professional. She then proceeded to act like she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me. I called again and asked for her to collect my payment and again hung up on me probably because they were close to closing. She was very argumentative, my daughter hasn’t been able to obtain her medication. I’d leave half a star because this place doesn’t deserve a full star and that’s unfortunate because I work in the derm industry and like to support small businesses. Definitely not sending scripts here and not recommending this pharmacy.

I had trouble getting medication for my daughter from a pharmacy. A rude young man couldn't help, but a helpful lady named Tina resolved the issue with my insurance and got the prescription to go through at no cost. I'm grateful for her assistance.

The delivery is nice but the customer service people who pick up the phone are so unnecessarily rude.

Edit: the manager called the next day to follow up about my negative experience (I’m assuming from this review) I really appreciated that.

My daughter's meds were delivered to the wrong address. Now without meds. They claim they were placed by the garage, I have cameras everywhere, they never came to my home.
Meds were found days later at a neighbors home, they were on vacation. The delivery service needs to do better. They were never placed by anyones garage.

The customer service is very terrible they expect you to call them or they call you and have nasty attitudes very unprofessional they hang up on you and lie and say all types of lies had a employee hang up on me when I was trying to order my prescription and was told my insurance didn’t want to cover it so I got another one sent in and still told the same thing when I was told by the doctor that it should’ve been updated not only that I asked to speak to a manager and was told one was their but told again that they was on vacation what type of business is this the quality of service sucks very unpleasant
