I had one of the worst experiences with this firm while trying to file my tax returns. After initial contact, I was sent a lengthy questionnaire. Due to serious personal health issues, I was unable to complete it in time. The firm never followed up to check on my progress or offer assistance, so I gave up on filing my taxes altogether.

To my surprise, I was later billed 476 Euros, despite not having completed or submitted the questionnaire. I expressed that this amount was excessive and suggested paying around 200 Euros. However, the firm justified the charge by stating they had provided "some services," which amounted to exchanging a few emails and sending Word documents. They refused to adjust the invoice.

I find it unacceptable to charge for minimal interactions that don't constitute real services. Unfortunately, this seems common in Germany, where customer service often falls short.

In conclusion, if you are not a German speaker and prefer not to do most of the work yourself without support, I recommend avoiding this firm.
